Allison is a graduate student pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychological Sciences with an emphasis in Health Psychology. Allison has been a Type 1 Diabetic since age 2 and serves on an advisory board with Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles. She received her M.A. in General Experimental Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Her research involves understanding the relationship between friends and family influence on substance use among ethnic minority groups.
